We designed a process to help you (and us) make an informed and educated decision about working together.
Learning our process will give you a framework for evaluating us and other firms you might be considering.
Here are the highlights:
No Cost or Obligation
We want you to know exactly how we can help before you pay us a single dollar.
3 Big Answers
You will finish with answers to the three biggest questions about retirement.
A 15-minute phone call to get to know one another and make sure our expertise matches your situation.
If we aren’t the right fit for you, we will make sure to introduce you to a firm who is better suited to your needs.
First Meeting - Get Acquainted
In medicine, the diagnosis comes before the prescription – the same principle applies to your financial future.
The purpose of this meeting is to get absolute clarity on your goals, concerns and unique financial situation.
Our analysis will be guided by your answers to our questions, along with the documents we'll ask you to bring to our meeting. The result will be plain-English answers to your most important questions.
We apply our expertise and understanding of who you are to analyze your situation to answer three critical questions for you:
- Are you on track to reach your long-term goals?
- How can your tax bill be reduced?
- How can your investments be improved?
Second Meeting - Analysis Review
During this meeting we will explain exactly what you need to do to achieve your financial goals.
This is where you will see, in dollars and cents, how our firm can improve your finances.
If you are happy with the information we have provided and are ready for us to start working with you, we can formalize our partnership at the end of this meeting. And if you still aren't sure, you can take some time to think things over – we won't give you the hard sell.
Think About It
We are interested in forming long-term client relationships. To that end, we want you to feel completely comfortable with your decision to partner with us, so it’s important that you take as much time as needed to make a decision. Prior to deciding whether we should work together, you'll want to consider the following questions:
- Do I like/trust/respect the team at Quarry Hill?
- Will the benefits they provide exceed their cost?
- Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?
- Do their recommendations make sense to me?
How Do I Know If I'm a Good Fit?
We deliver the greatest value when we focus on situations that require our expertise.
Our typical clients are:
People who value expert guidance and understand that the success of their retirement is too important to manage on their own.
Diligent savers who have accumulated $750,000 or more of investment assets
Stock-compensated employees, directors, and executives who are eager to delegate to an expert and simplify their family finances
